Tsatsu Mawuko Tchorly is the Head of Finance at Woodfields Energy Resources Limited, a bulk oil distributing company. He has over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, financial management, process improvement, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, people management, technology utilization, asset optimization, and financial analysis in various industries including shipping and logistics, manufacturing and wholesaling, network marketing, renewable energy, and oil and gas.

Prior to his current role, Tsatsu worked with Maersk Line where he was a product of their management and talent training program, MISE Finance. He spent nearly a decade with Maersk Line, managing various teams within the finance department both in Ghana and at the headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Tsatsu was also the Financial Controller of PEG Ghana, a renewable energy company; the Managing Director of Healthy Habits Limited, a multi-level marketing company; and the Executive Director of Finance at The Market Place, a marketing and consultancy company.

Tsatsu Tchorly is currently a non-executive board member of The Market Place, Noble Processing Limited, an agro-processing company, and SKEW Global, an accounting firm.

Tsatsu holds an MBA from Western University's George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a candidate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a partially qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Tsatsu is married with three children.
